Overall Mentoring and Guidance

CEAD Film Consultancy team shall provide overall mentoring and guidance to new producers and directors so that they get the encouragement and support to enter into the film industry with confidence. CEAD shall also guide the new entrants with clear economics and revenue opportunities and prepare them to enter the industry keeping in mind the financial risks involved, especially for a small budget film with relatively unknown artistes. For popular artiste based films, the guidance shall be provided on the overall limitation on the revenues and how to keep the budget within that to ensure the Producers are financially safe and profitable.

CEAD Film Consultancy shall also guide the experienced producers on new opportunities and support in marketing, publicity, sales and various revenue maximisation activities.
