Raghunathan is a business degree holder, from Indian Institute of Planning and Management, specialized in Marketing. He holds 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Operations. He handled various portfolios in Sales – Direct & Indirect, Key Accounts and Institutional. He is experienced in handling call centre operations, customer service, collections and customer retentions.
He co-founded Beyond B, a financial consulting company in 2014 and Two Movie Buffs, a film production house in 2015. Beyond B is involved in the business of financial services to HNIs, SMEs and corporate in TN. Beyond B helps clients raise funds through debts, banks, NBFCs and equities for their business expansion and working capital requirements. Their clients include Hotel Saravana Bhavan, Lanson Toyota, Cosmo Granites, Chennai Amrita, Star Agro, George Maijo, and Triway Logistics. Beyond B disbursed over Rs.110 crores in the market till date, through tie-ups with private banks and NBFCs.
Raghunathan also co-owns the Two Movie Buffs Production house, which recently produced Thittam Pottu Thirudara Koottam and currently producing the film Daavu.He also co-produced films Gemini Ganeshanum Suruli Rajanum and Party.
